013 \/\/ What is your Christian Age – How old are you in Jesus – Are you maturing in Christ – Immature Christians – Babes needing milk

Today’s episode is all about being encouraged to be aware of our own current level of maturity in Christ and to get some help for ourselves or others to keep growing in the Lord! My hope is also that as we see God more clearly, we can learn to consider ourselves and others through His love more clearly too.

What’s a person’s Christian age based on?

Can a person be more mature in one area of life than in others?

Who do we need to depend upon the most in understanding what we are accountable for in our walk with the Lord?

Some Things to consider and help you in your spiritual growth

1) spiritual maturity level-checker, give your spiritual level as being H-high, M-medium, or L-low for the following areas of life.

1. personal, intimate relationship with your Father in heaven.

1. emotional

2. trust

2. Finances

1. tithes & offerings?

2. general provision?

saving?

1. health

1. food?

2. exercise?

re-creation?

2) what are your spiritual gifts?

1. motivational? (Ro 12)

2. power filled? (1Cor 12, 13, 14)

3) how is Jesus discipling you at this time or season in your life?

1. you and the HS?

1. Bible reading / study

2. Books

2. in church

3. in a mentoring or discipling relationship

4) your place in the body of Christ

1. where are you called to be?

1. are you there?

2. what are you being called to do?

5) are you in regular Christian fellowship somewhere?

6) do you have someone or group you can speak, share, and hear things of God with?

1. if yes, then praise the Lord

2. if no, then I pray the Lord establishes that for you soon.
