Next, I want to guide you in some prayer and pray for you in the next section. Please read it before actually praying out loud. If you agree with the prayer and are willing then please read it out loud with God's help.

A time of prayer to actually apply and receive forgiveness

[Prayer for yourself and life]

A Prayer to help growth, freedom and healing begin:

Heavenly Father, I pray in Jesus' name that You would guide me in my prayer so that Your healing and restoration can begin in the areas You are exposing by this teaching. Please bring to my memory anything I need to put into Your hands at this time.

[confession/repentance]

I confess and acknowledge to You now any way I have taken part in mistreating your children, (take a moment and speak out any that He brings to mind.) I confess and acknowledge to You any way/s I have mistreated myself , (take a moment and speak out any that He brings to mind.) I now confess that there have been times that I wrongly ______, (others, myself…). (Take a moment and speak out anything that He brings to mind. Judged, condemned, criticized, wrongly accused, was unloving…) I confess that this was sin, I repent and pray for help in turning away from all the ways that are not Yours. Please help me to go Your way instead of any other.

[forgiveness, receive]

Heaven Father I now come to You needing to be forgiven of _________, (take a moment and speak out anything that He brings to mind…any sin, any way/s that you have been judging others or yourself). Thank You for forgiving me.

Heaven Father I now come to You needing to forgive _________ of _______, (take a moment and speak out forgiveness of any person/s and or institution/s that He brings to mind.).

I now forgive myself of ________, (take a moment and speak out anything that He brings to mind.). Thank You for forgiving me. I now release myself and those I have forgiven into the freedom of Your forgiveness and pray for Your blessings upon them and myself, I also ask for Your healing, freedom and restoration to begin taking place, in Jesus' name, amen.

[My Prayer for you and your life]

Heavenly Father I come to You in Jesus' name and pray for Your blessings on my (brother or sister) and their life. In Jesus' name I take authority over anything that has been allowed to take hold or have effect upon my sibling's life and say that your right which came from unforgiveness is now gone because forgiveness has been given and received, so I command you in Jesus' name to release from my sibling and any area of their life you have been upon and go to wherever Jesus sends you right now. Jesus, I pray that You would come near now, even by Your Holy Spirit and begin to restore and bring healing in the areas that need it and fill any voids with Your Holy Spirit. Thank You Lord. Praise You Father God, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Jesus, I pray that You would be Lord over every area of my life, please send Your Holy Spirit to fill me and guide me in all Your ways. Thank
